Refund policy

I hope you love your print. However, if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please contact me before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me as soon as possible if your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label when getting in touch.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds 
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified if a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
