What is the return policy?
I hope you love your print. However, if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the print, I will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Are any purchases final sale?
Standard print orders may be returned in accordance with the return policy above. Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
When will I get my order?
All unframed and framed prints are made to order. Orders are usually delivered in around 7 working days from the date of order, although timings may vary depending on destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.
At present, delivery is available within the EU only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of all prints, so there are no additional delivery charges at checkout. Delivery is currently available within the EU only.
Where are the prints made?
Prints are made to order by a trusted professional print partner using museum-quality giclée printing on archival fine art paper.
Orders are printed within the EU at the facility closest to the delivery destination, helping to keep delivery times efficient and avoid unnecessary customs delays. Wooden frames are handmade in Italy.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on screen?
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device, but every print is produced to achieve the best possible colour accuracy.
What paper do you print on?
Prints are made using museum-quality giclée printing for exceptional detail and true-to-life colour. They are printed on archival-grade 230gsm fine art paper with a smooth matte finish, selected for long-lasting quality and excellent tonal depth.
How are prints packaged?
Unframed prints are usually shipped rolled in protective tubes to help ensure they arrive safely. Framed prints are packaged individually using protective materials due to their size and fragility.
How are framed prints supplied?
Wooden frames are handmade in Italy and supplied with premium plexiglass. Smaller frame sizes (up to 50 × 70cm, including A4 to A2) have a 1.5cm width and depth, while larger sizes (A1 and above) have a 2cm width and depth. Prints and frames arrive ready for simple assembly using easy turning clips on the back, with no tools required. Once assembled, the frame can be displayed vertically or horizontally.
